As an Ultimate Sports Academies coach you will: 

• Work alongside elite coaches and players, many of whom have represented their country
• Work at a variety of locations all with fantastic facilities

Roles Available

Lead Coach

Our Lead Coach will run the Academy each day and are responsible for ensuring the coaching programme is delivered to a high standard and that each young athlete is participating at a suitable ability level. They will also be the first port of call for parents when dropping off and picking up athletes. We are looking for coaches with a senior level qualification within their sport and significant experience of coaching children.

Coach

We employ qualified coaches who are responsible for delivering inspiring, engaging and fun sessions each day that develop each young athlete at their individual level. We look to use coaches with a minimum of a level 2 qualification (or relevant level of coaching qualification in sports or activities without this type of numbered structure) who we feel have the personality and motivation to deliver sessions in the Ultimate Sports Academies way.
