Club Affiliation Programme T&Cs

Academies of Sport will be referred to as ‘AOS’.
Club Affiliation Programme will be referred to as ‘CAP’.
'Season' refers to school holiday periods - i.e. Summer, Easter, October half term.
‘Club’ is the person joining the Club Affiliation Programme – this is likely to be an individual doing so on behalf of the club.
Joining CAP is free and there are no other cost associated with a club being part of the programme (apart from if the Club chooses to purchase sports equipment via the programme – see later point). Joining is done so online and will be confirmed by email. Clubs can leave the scheme at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and their details will be removed from our website and all benefits will cease.
Club details, logo, image
AOS will include the Club’s details and logo on our club page and our social media in order to allow potential players/members to find out about the club. We will only use the information provided by the club at the time of joining CAP. The Club can change the information on our club page at anytime by emailing the request to email@example.com.
Discounted Equipment Purchase
Club’s who are part of CAP can purchase Grays Hockey, Gray-Nicholls Cricket, Gilbert Netball or Gilbert Rugby equipment via AOS. Clubs must submit a list of the equipment they would like to purchase indicating the exact product name, size and amount they would like to purchase. AOS will provide a full quote including all costs for the club to agree to. Orders are subject to product availability and full payment for the equipment must be made before any equipment can be ordered. AOS can accept payment by credit card, debit card (except American Express) or bank transfer. Any faulty equipment or incorrect equipment must be returned to AOS within 14 days of receipt by the Club.
Free Sports Kit
Whenever a member of your club books onto one of our courses we will donate a training ball to your club. The person booking onto the Academy must input your club name into the form where directed when booking. It is the Club’s responsibility to promote the need for people to do this and AOS cannot be held responsible in any way if the person booking fails to complete this step. Kit will be delivered to Clubs twice per year, during the last week of September (for all Academy bookings from May to August) and during the first week of May (for all bookings from September to April).
Yearly Donation to Club’s Raffle or Fundraiser
AOS are happy to donate something for a Club to use in order to raise funds. All requests must be submitted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Listing on the AOS Club Page
This is a listing that allows people to learn more about the Club. There are no guarantees offered by AOS that it will increase membership of the Club and AOS will not actively promote the Club.
